I had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The cottage was in perfect condition and had everything I needed for a comfortable self-catering experience. The attention to detail, from the beautiful decorations to the cozy fireplace, was impressive. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the cleanliness of the cottage was outstanding. The location was fantastic, with stunning views and a short walk into town. The hosts provided excellent communication and made the check-in/out process a breeze. I also appreciated the convenient parking available. this was an amazing experience, and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The room was cozy and warm, with a rustic charm that made me feel right at home. The soft lighting and comfortable bed instantly put me at ease after a long day exploring. It was the perfect retreat for a guest like me who values comfort and relaxation.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small for my liking, but I understand that others might still find it perfectly adequate.

We were absolutely amazed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property. The bedrooms were bright and lovely, providing ample room for a comfortable stay. The living room area downstairs was cozy and the kitchen and dining area were well-equipped. Being just a short drive away from town was convenient, and the guest book had great recommendations for evening outings. The area offered plenty of activities and things to do, and we can't wait to come back for a longer stay. Rita, the host, was simply marvelous.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old School House Villa. the hosts were incredibly friendly and made the check, in and check, out process very easy. the location was perfect, with easy access to Clifden and ample parking available. the villa itself was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials we needed for a self, catering weekend. the beds were comfy, and we loved the view of the shared courtyard and garden. the sitting room with the wood, burning stove was cozy, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. the bathroom and shower were top, notch. a wonderful base to explore Connemara from. Thank you to our hosts for a 5, star experience!

The place was super spacious, perfect for our group of friends. We had a blast exploring the surrounding area, especially since the cottage is in a spot where we could go cycling. The kitchen had all the stuff we needed to whip up some delicious meals, and the beds were surprisingly comfy. We also loved chilling by the fireplace, it made the whole vacation feel extra cozy. We're already planning our next trip back!

If there's one thing we'd ask for to make our stay even more fun for us young party animals, it would be a sound system in the cottage. We love cranking up the tunes and having a good time, but bringing our own speakers was a bit of a hassle.

stove/oven complications
